Customer Informed Visibility (IV) Data

Window Book can accept IV Data Downloads with past data feeds you have received from the USPS. If you have been getting data from the USPS and would like to send it to Window Book to import into our database for researching functions, please send it.

We can accept all IV Data Feeds the USPS has to offer Scan Data- Pieces, Pallets, Trays and Bundles, Mail Quality Data (MQD), Package Attributes, Package Errors and Warnings, Payment Transactions (EPS) and Informed Delivery Post-Campaign Data Feeds.

We prefer the data to be in the format the USPS provides. However, if it is in a different format, please let us know, and we can do our best to import the data and accommodate the request. Also, please let us know the Delimiter and Multi-Value Delimiter for the files. Most files will only have one delimiter, but specific files may have two delimiters. If you don’t know, that is okay.

We have set up a file transfer, which has the following features:

  • Secure Transfer (128-bit TLS Encryption)

  • Secure Storage (256-bit AES Encryption)

  • Data will auto-delete from Secure Storage after 14 days

  1. From: Please enter your email address

  2. Recipient: This is already populated with ivdata@windowbook.com.

  3. Subject: Upload USPS IV Data: Please enter your Company name

  4. Message: Please enter your Company name, first and last name, phone number, and any other information you would like to give us.

  5. Please Zip all the data files you would like to send and once attached, click SendThisFile.
